NOTE: When you unpack your engine, please follow the “Engine Break-In Procedure,” which is outlined inside your engine operation and maintenance manual. First, look over your engine before starting. Then, fill it with engine oil, and check its gear lube level. Next, ensure the propeller is included and secure. Lastly, be sure to review your Mercury Marine Limited Warranty, and your Customer Delivery Inspection (CDI) process should be logged on Mercurymarine.com.
